Awesome
Location and bed room. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean hotel
Breakfast was insufficient. Too many pzople and poor service. At 9:30 the food was not enough

What was the highlight of Hotel J and J Firenze
Great location and atmosphere
J&J location is fantastic. Building gives gothic flavour for stay and makes all walks through Florence very interesting, so you can dive into medieval atmosphere. Staff was fantastic and extremely helpful in all aspects, I would give them 10 from 10 rating.
Our room was on the 3 rd floor , and it may sound funny, when I am mentioning 15th century building, but room needed constructive upgrade as floor was uneven and there was incline. Breakfast tables are is not suitable for more than 2 people. Breakfast menu was very simple so definitely was not competitive advantage of this hotel. But as mentioned above very helpful staf was compensating this inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel, not all facilities were ok
Beautiful building Good & quiet location Personnel is super helpful & friendly Excellent and royal breakfast for Italian standards
We stayed in room 5 first, which is really cold (they know, and brought over a small heating device). So the 1st night was not ideal due to the cold. The shower & bath robes are also very tiny, and the bath room was really cold as well. Wifi signal is too weak to stream Apple tv. When we talked to the receptionist the day after, we got a free upgrade to a huge, warm & cosy suite with a bath in the bath room and bigger bath robes. Bless her! So for the personnel, nothing but praise. Bur our overall thought is that it is too expensive for what you get: 4 **** hotels should offer 4 **** facilities.

Excellent
The room (n. 3) was beautiful and the every member of the staff that we met was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, easy walking distance from everything you need to see.
Breakfast was quite basic, not bad, just a few more items would have been nice. Also, in the morning the got water stopped running completely while we were showering and restarted a few minutes later.
